Artist's Description
Piney Creek's water slows down as it begins to merge with the lake formed by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). The waters are rife with woodland birds and waterfowl, turtles and alligators. At sunset, a sky moves across the slow waters and paints a reflection of yellows, golds and blues, like a curtain drawing an inevitable serenity to close out the stage of day. This scene was originally photographed by iPhone and then repainted in Corel Painter.
